    hey all,
got started on the steering setup today.

Running the stock A setup up front with a new 1968-repop Mustang steering box. I got the original pittman arm out of the Model A setup and it has a ball and socket type design at the bottom and a bolt/pinch type at the top (no splines). All the pittman arms I can find are all setup for a tie rod.

What do you usually do to mate the 2? Just cut the stock link and weld on an extension that mates to a standard Pittman arm? Or drill out the stock link to accept a tie rod? or is there some specific arm that will join the 2? I probably have to extend the drag link anyway so if it's a cut and weld deal that's fine.

    Thank you all again
