Ok so I am ditching my '54 chevy 4dr project to work on the '49 tudor. here's what I got. '54 chevy 4dr decent body some small rust holes behind rear wheel openings. and some dents on the roof and one on the trunk. so all in all not a perfect body, but something to work with. blasted and painted engine compartment. Dash is finished with guages trim installed etc. Walton Fab. SBC motormounts (not intstalled), '55 chevy rear end, '55 chevy radiator, good windshield with one small chip (not installed), rebuilt manual master cylinder, has good window stainless(bel-air) and decent 210 trim for the lower parts. windlace set(in box), rear spring bushings, and more parts and spares. no grille, straight bumpers but need rechrome. blah blah blah. No eng/trans. I've kept the best parts from 3 cars for this one, so most of it is decent - good condition. NOW would you part it out, or sell it whole? that is my question.
Up here in the northwest it wouldn't bring squat. (not a put down, just the way it is)I'd part it out.
No Offense taken, I know it isn't worth crap, that's why I'm getting rid of it. I figured parting it out would be best, but thought there might be someone out there that wanted a cheap hot-rod kit. Although finding that one guy that likes 4dr hot rods will take longer probably than parting it. Thanks for the advice.
part it out... Even down here it would not bring much.. Do the ebay thing if necessary and sell everything, I mean everything.. if you can sell the quarters, sell them then cut them off.. I know I would like to have a good hood
