on impulse some of you know what im talking about, i bought a 28-29 A roadster cowl its complete and in good shape. i have a A frame with complete front and rear parts basically its a rolling chassis. but before i thought this out, i made the purchase of the cowl . hoping i would find or build the rest of the parts. any suggestions on where i should start looking for the quarters , the deck lid and ect. i really dont want to purchase new quarters they are kind of high in price. should i chalk it up as a extra part or go for it and piece it together. thanks any comment or opnion is welcomed sparky
Start with a wanted post on the HAMB classifieds. Your on the right track. Actually, do an introduction first, if you havent yet, then classifieds ! Take (and share) pics as you go along! Welcome!
i shure thought i did a introduction well sorry i will do that right away what all years of quarters will match up with this cowl. thanks for the reply.
INTRO'S ARE GOOD.... BUT AFTER THAT CHECK OUT MODEL T HAVEN THEY HAVE A TON OF STUFF... http://modelthaven.com/
I have a similar back burner project. Whenever I see something here or on the bay I try to snag it. Ebay has gotten so freakin expensive on A parts though that I have thought of bailing more than once
i have already contacted model t haven but thanks for the idea. this is not a current project. i still have a 60s muscle car to finish for the family ride. does anyone know or can gice me a idea what all is compatable with the cowl what doors and quarters interchange.
