Depends on your complexion and medical history. Having had multiple pre-cancerous lesions frozen and one carcinoma surgically removed, (thankfully no melanomas). I never go outside without an SPF 50 on, re applied every 3 hours. Many days as a youth when my mom said "go outside and play" in So-Cal, I did just that. In most of my younger days I had a sun burn on top of a sun burn until the top of my nose oozed blood most of the summer. We know better now. Have spent many a day on the Colorado River in various nautical conveyances and now pay the price. Oh yea El Mirage, dirt bikes, Bonneville .... If you are asking how your car looks with the top up or down, well you didn't give us a photo. I like them both ways, it's just a matter of what is comfortable, or as I have previously stated, medically appropriate.
