if it makes you feel better my 37 is about as low as your 39.

On a side note dont try and use a stock model A radiator with small block, or any motor for that matter. unless you like overheating

if you can't use your frame rail as an arm rest, it isn't channeled enough.

I think that's part of the OSR criteria for a feature car.

HEY! Does anyone have a radiator that will work for Matt's coupe? The Model A one isn't cutting the mustard.

Maybe that's the problem Kirk! A radiator is meant to cool the engine down to normal operating temps not to cut mustard...although, I am sure a walker could cut mustard or perhaps cheese, or maybe a whole sandwich. :D

What about a recore on that Model A radiator? Too Expensive? If it's got 4 cores it should be able to cool anything with the exception of a Flathead.

Seriously Matt, Have you ever made anything that didn't rule?

    1. When you reversed the firewall was any extra trimming needed to clear the 283?

    2. How much wider is the rear end than stock banjo? Or how wide is the rear period?

    3. Any other frame mods? Boxing or extra X-members?

    4. Will my Sedan be as cool with an AMC 327?

    5. Is KIRK! your BFF, and Whats your favorite food? Tigerbeat is dying to know.

I actualy just tried to run the stock A radiator, because I had one. its fine for around town but I was going to try and drive it to the fathersday show in LA in 2 weeks. the problem is its not a presurized system. so it over heats quick! infact it looks like a steam locomotive at stoplights, I just need to order a walker z core.
