Are you sure these are US made? I was at a Good Guys looking at the Cragar wheels and they all said maid in China on the back.

I actually like them both, but I would pick the ones you wanted initially. Not trying to Jegs bash, but the last 2 times I ordered from them, they messed up both orders. Never bought from them since, so I bought from Summit and they even screwed up my order. Def. get what YOU want imo...

There are 2 wheels in discussion here. The one piece aluminum is made in China. As far as the steel rimmed 61G, it reads made in USA.

So you are torn over which rim to keep because now you are looking at the chrome one and perhaps it is good. I get it.

Well.., I have purchased a few Cragar steel rims over the years and the steel ones that are chromed seem to just be destined to rust and or pit on you no matter what you do. Not saying anything bad I just have not unlocked the secret to no rust on them.

Due to this I would if it were my choice opt for the aluminum ones. It just seems that if they got marked by oxidation which is inevitable that they could be re polished and coated easier than the chrome jobs.

    My nickles worth of thought.

Btw...I call Jegs 2 weeks ago and they told me the other 3 had been shipped so I mounted a tire on this one.

....and the other 3 still haven't arrived.

I suggest sending it back after you call them and get them to pay the frieght as they made a decision to sub on the order. This is pretty agressive marketing, but a lot of people surprisingly will keep the item to avoid the percieved hassle. My take on it any way, good luck man! ~sololobo~

That is a Maverick...but it already has Torq Thrusts. These wheels aren't for that.
