Sorry if this has been covered before, although I searched but cannot find much. Working on a 1948 chevy 1/2 ton. Has anyone retained the original pedals with a v8 bellhousing? If so what did you have to do with the clutch fork?

    Maybe post pic,
    I have done unusual fabrication
& seen ways on here to use many stock pedal combinations
Adapt bell linkages, with other lever's ,
    Some Add cable ,
I look @ thing's @ different approach You can make almost anything work.

I appreciate your help! The original truck clutch linkage bolts threw the clutch fork as where a v8 bell the adjustment screw sits in more of a bowl on the clutch fork and uses a spring to keep tension
