Hey fellas, I got these wheels as part of another deal, they look round, is there anything I should check to see if they're still useable? And what is the best way to clean them up for paint?
Also, what kind of tires are available for these old wheels?
    I'm a new guy.
    Thanks,
    Kai

It would help if we knew what size they are....

They look like model A, could be 19, 20, 21"

They look pretty good. Bead blast and paint or powder coat. Tall and skinny is what you will have. Good for resto but I don't think you want to take any corners at 80 on those things:eek:

30-31 Model A, are 19 inch. Even before you blast them, put them on an A through 35 hub and spin them to see if they are straight. If they are not, toss them cause they are cheap to find more.

AND, if you put them on a hub that doesn't have the inner supporting nubs, you are not gonna get a proper reading. See Wheelkid for support rings if you want to use later hubs.
