After all, they record which boot goes on which licensed vehicle, so they still gotcha. YOUR government is just the biggest GANG in town. and if they require "insurance money" then you WILL pay it! ("insurance money" includes; taxes, fees, service charges, parking fees, parking tickets, moving violation "bail", fines, required vehicle testing charges, vehicle license fees, business license fees, building permit fees, building variance surcharges on the permit fees, and on and on.)

I admit the guy looks a complete muppet, but at least he`s fighting back.You guys overseas have no Idea how much anti car **** is being layed on us.The poor sap is gonna get got good style as hes an easy target for the authorities and they just love to be seen to be doing the right thing, although they totally ignore most non car related crime, I kid you not. As for lookin` like various Rock singers, I can`t remember ever seeing him and Jimmy Page of Led Zep in the same room!!!
