    It'll all be good. I've seen the written appraisal for twice what is owed on it now.

    Worse comes to it, it'll be written into my end of the will, and will be balanced out of the estate. It'll all be good in the end.

    My sister and her fiance make upwards of a half million a year, and she's already given her go ahead and is thrilled for my family.

    I can file all needed paperwork as needed, and all paperwork will be taken care of as needed. Details will be taken and handled as needed and required.

    prl98 - that's Whitefield, isn't it? Probably headed off towards Quinton area.

    Sheep are also known as land maggots.

    No sheep... Don't want to be accused of being caught helping one over the fence!
