I'm ***uming it's a male. Why don't you call him L.C. (for lucky cat) or if he's a she, Elsie (same as L.C.)

    Here's another vote for Lucky.

And when you get a woman to use the word, ****, you've really crossed a line you shouldn't have.

And Gracie's right about wolf mixes. Unpredictable, hair trigger dogs.

Name it Tweety that should confuse a few kids

  6. name it "Bait"

If you advertise FREE KITTEN or PUPPIES here in FL, you are really saying FREE SHARK BAIT. If you end up with too many pets, ALWAYS charge for them or only give them away to people you know personally, not a friend of a friend.

Get your pets from a shelter or rescue, Spay and/or Nueter your pets if you don't.

You can feed cow's milk to a kitten in a pinch, but there is a product called KMR that is much better balanced for kittens. If you need a homemade recipe for nursing, want to know how to *** a kitten or need health or vaccination help, send me a PM, it's a bit off topic here. I've got lots of info here at the hospital I can send you, too.

In Pennsylvania, and probably other states as well, you need a wildlife permit from the DNR to keep a wolf-hybrid. About $800 a year here. Also, since rabies vaccinations have not been certified or researched in wolves, rabies vaccinations are not authorized for this cross. As a result, this animal is a huge legal liability. Also as a result, most of my clients who initially claim they have a wolf cross ultimately decide they really have a shepard mixed breed dog.:)

    I dig 'Lucky' too.

if the cord is still attached, do you get scissors and cut off the rest? or long piece?

Are we SURE at this point that the appendage in question was a cord? Suddenly I'm sweating uncontrollably. :p

I had a cat when I was little that my Dad named Sob... hahaha
We also had one that Dad named C Note cuz that's what he had to spend on it.

Cow's milk is VERY rich... it will cause the runs and therefore dehydration in other species' babies...

Also remember that that kitten you have is blind and deaf at this point...
The cord will fall off on its own.

I vote for the name Edsel... no one was wanted it either when it was new.

  17. Gato has a nice ring to it.

As a side note, saying you hate cats/dogs/children/whatever because you've had one bad experience shows true, pure, ignorance. I don't enjoy the company of cats because I'm allergic to them. Furthermoer, I've had a couple bad experiences w/ them and like dogs one hell of a lot better...but I don't hate them. Have met a couple OK ones. Sort of like people.

Gracie thanks for the response and concern. I was gonna get all internet nasty but then I thought what for? Actually we are pretty well set up for this kitten since my wife's beauty salon is located right next to an animal rescue shelter. They helped us with the proper care and feeding of this little guy. As far as the mom getting spooked I think you're right we had be trying to catch her since we noticed the pregnant stray in our backyard. Our property backs up to the woods and we see lots of crtters running through there. I think a big ferel cat terrorized mom at delivery time and she took off, have'nt seen her since. This little ****** laid out on the ground still connected to the placenta for the better part of a day we think. We have cats as pets and I can't think of better furry friends to have around.

BTW we have searched hi and low for the other kittens and found nothing. I hope the mother delivered them in a safer place and is taking care of them now.

I agree. They do not make good family pets. I got mine when it was run over in front of my house as a stray. I kept him for 4 years, he was a great dog, but once I had a kid and moved to the city, I had to p*** him on to someone with a farm. Both of the dogs I mentioned happened into my life through unfortunate cir***stances, and both have moved on to better situations....

I now have a golden lab and the kids love her....

  24. "Don't call him Lucky... call him ****head." ;)

Actually, I like Gracie's suggestion of Edsel.

Similar story as my cat and ferret. Named the cat Finley. And my ferret (avatar) is named Spitfire. The forgotten ones make perfect pets for some reason, because its like they're more characteristic.

    I say name him Rollie.

    Cats have their place...

But people who let them wander the neighborhood to be free to kill and reproduce at will should be kicked in the head ***-well...

We have a cat infestation in our neighborhood that luckily the Cayotees seem to keep under control.

My house used to have hundreds of birds in and around it. All different species from Cardinals (Yes in SO-Cal) to Parakeets to falcons and hawks. The new neighbors started letting their cat out at night this week and I haven't seen a SINGLE bird around since. The weather's been fine and my bird loving dogs keep the cats out of our back yard but still the birds have moved on.

Cats aren't just cuddly little furballs... They're hunters and should be treated as such.

And if you don't want fluffy to be a killer or get flattened or eaten, keep him in the ****ing house.

    Sorry for the rant.

That's a cute little Kitty though.

Name him "Keyboard Tough-guy" in honor of the HAMB...
