OT posts ... doom them to hell

Hey i have an idea... Ryan.. make a forum for off topic posts... give a couple well trusted old school HAMB'ers the moderator permissions to move topics to the OT forum..

Then whenever they see an off topic post they can move it into the OT forum. This will make a nice easy slower moving hot rod forum and siphon off all the spammy crap about what people are selling on ebay or who's nuts are bigger than who's topics.

You can call the OT foum.. DAMB (dumb ass message board)

Aint gonna happen. If OT posts make up more than 10% of the front page, I'm not doing my job...
