Picked up that early Stingray mentioned last week, couldn't find a serial number anywhere, just where did Schwinn hide them. Has 2 speed rear hub and springer front end that super tall sissy bar and a daisy pattern banana seat.
congrats on the find. look on the headtube, bottom bracket or rear dropout... it's got to be on one of the thee areas.

Picked a very ruff apple crate while visiting my Mom in WA state a few years ago. Made the ladies day when I oofered her 10 buckd for the rusted old bike. Made my day when I e bayed for 309.00.
