OT Title Question (1959 Triumph)

I got a lead on a nice old Triumph motorcycle but it doesn't have a ***le. I'm in Ohio, and I've been told this state has some strict ***le laws. What do I need to do to get a ***le for this. All help is appreciated.

 

1st step would be to check with the DMV in your area and ask what they require. 2nd step, would be to do the same with the Ohio State Patrol for a "back-up" system and see what's required for Safety Inspection, etc., if you get the bike.
