Just wanted to take the time to say thank you to a couple of true friends. Grant Clark (hubnut) and Mike Walters gave up 4 months of free work for me to chop my 53 chevy four door. Not one time did they ask for a dime of labor cash, not one time did they whine of****** or moan about the work they where doing, they allowed me to do as much of the work as I could (which wasn't much), and they never ask for anything in return. The car is out of the garage and I'm driving it and it doesn't do anything but keep a big smile on my face. The only thing I know of to do to try repay there friendship is to make sure that I always give credit where the credit is due here are a few earlier pics of the car and I will post more of it tomarrow http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/favlinker.php?Cat=&Entry=9812&F_Board=UBB1&Thread=319116&partnumber=&postmarker=

Anyway Mike and Grant did a great job on my ride. This was only the second chop they had done and what a project it is.

  4. Good for you friend. Nothin like gettin' by with a little help from your friends, and makin' sure that everyone knows it.
The help and the recognition is a part of Old Skool that is forgotten too much these days.
