    GM made this 'Futurliner' with a GMC 401 V6 Big block for the 'Parade of Progress' show of the 40s and 50s.

    If Steam had been around when I started working, sigh.....Fascinating thing about steam is that about 90% of the inturnals is external!!!!

    The "BIG BOY" is parked next to my a survivor Amphicar (4000 original miles) at the Forney Museum in Denver. These engines are M***IVE! (especially when next to my tiny Amphi) The Big Boy there was wrecked and recovered. It has been i Denver for many years.
