I' have made some comments on the HAMB to some FNG's and got no response,so I know they didn't get it! WAAAAAY before their time,LOL....

But... I'd say you're an old fart on the HAMB when you think that only shiny cars belong in shows, that you wouldn't take your car out of the garage until any rust had been done away with, and the only cars with engines that were higher than the windshield were in model kits and cartoons. And, you belong to the Old Farts' Club.

when seeing dragsters smoke their tires down the entire quarter mile was commonplace

when the top teams showed up with their fuelers or A/FX cars on open trailers, towed by station wagons

when hot rodders didn't look like something from "the Village People"

when fuel altereds and g***ers were terrorizing the local strip

when you didn't cus in front of your elders

when you could choose from any of 5 drag strips to go to on any weekend
