What is the cable running from the firewall to the radiator hose in the pic of the flattie? Some kind of manual thermostat?

Keep us posted on the progress. Looks like you do stellar work. The aesthetics may not be my cup of tea, but the craftsmanship looks top-notch.

 

Danny, you do some amazing work so I'm sure this will come out sweet... BUT. Couldn't you have talked the wallet into a repo SAR body??? Just because it can be done, it doesn't mean it should be...

Throw some torqe thrust II "s on it ,drag it to all the shows with a covered trailer, bitch and whine that you did'nt get best of show, dump 60 k more in it still not like it drag it to goodgays not have them look twice at it sell it at barrett jack off for less than half that you have in it [if you are lucky] Then tell everyone about the cool resto rod that you once had...Thats what I'd do
