Went to Summit Racing Car Show. 37,000 miles on this car since done. Has been a family favorite. Left the ‘53 in garage until next week when we take it to A&W for a gathering.
Damn Pheatonl93, you have some nice "stuff". Must be a hard decision what to drive when you have those to pick from! I pick based on what has a good battery and some gas, at least enough to get me there! Mark
Thanks, here is how it goes: I gave the Phaeton to my daughter for her 40th birthday and she doesn’t drive so I figured I would take her out in it last night. I gave my coupe to my grandsons this year as i am now 84 and drive it on occasion when I see them. I will drive the ‘53, which is still in my garage, next week enjoying the AC. Still have to figure what to do with that car and will likely give it to my other daughter. We have had so much family fun with the street rods and I am very pleased to know they will stay in the family after I am gone. Great to see kids enjoy them while I am alive.
