Wow, this is cool. I'd rock it like it is, after the usual go through. It's your car though, so I'm keen to see what you do with it.
Nice......Hatton...another local legend...I'll post a pic of my Hatton shirt this evening...heard he's not striping anymore...very cool...I'm in Old Rosedale...hope to see ya out enjoying the car. Was hoping to get mine out tonight...stupid rain
Update: running like a top, Thursday night on the way to the Woodward cruise, the old Y-block decided to suck a valve. Turned around and made it home in a blaze of glory. Looks like I'll be pulling the mill a little sooner than I thought. Even while driving with plumes of smoke out the pass side, and a sound like a coffee can full of nuts bolts and broken glass, some guy in a chevelle told me it looked killer. Thanks man, I was just starting to feel pretty low. Car guys always see the potential. Cool
Terry----When my son was living out there we always took in the Woodward Cruise. Each time there was an amazing variety of cars, styles, and build techniques. It is a show not to be missed for sure. That cars like this are still tucked away speaks of the volume of talent in that area. I love this car, but more' the obvious connection between you and your Dad. That connection will lead you to the right decisions about how you deal with it. All the Best to you. John
Beautiful...the only thing that confuses me is all the talk about "potential". This car is already there.
Hey Rusty...not to Hijack the thread, but I just looked at your media pages...next time I'm in the Springs with my '57 I gotta stop by so we can meet and add my car to your large photo collection.
