    drove this thing for 13 years with pinto power...not knocking it cause i had alot of fun,but it's time for a change...pulled out the motor tonight

    you couldn't have pulled the motor there, no oil, bolts , parts. You can't possibly expect ta get much done there, so I'll take that econo-rod off your hands.

    I'd say that Flatty will be a Big improvement in the ways that count! Are you going to have to change the rest of the drive train to put the Flatty in? What about the transmission?

    not quite sure yet...i'm pretty sure it's a c4,so i was just gonna have it gone trough and get that flat-o-matic adapter for it...i might have to move it back for clearance and if i do that,i'll probably have to get the driveshaft shortened...still planning and figuring all of this out

    if it is a C-4 I think I still have an adapter for it laying way back in the corner of my garage...if you want it you can have it for whatever the shipping would be on it from out in California
