Technical Outer Tie Rod ???

    Howdy, my 26 T has a Model A axle and 40 ford round back spindles. It's been converted to disc brake.
    The outer tie rod is bad and trying to find a replacement. Its 1/2x20 female threads and approx 3 1/2 inches long from center of taper shaft to end.
    Been searching for hours, really need your wisdom on this one.

    Ford Mustang circa 1977 maybe?? After market made longer ones for some applications

    Pictures would be a great help .. A single tie rod ,both ends would be outer:confused:

    Thought those might work, but they are 9/16.

    I've heard that older Jeeps use the same taper as Ford. Can't find a '40 Ford tie rod end?
