How about a street driven Sprintcar...

 

This belongs to my neighbor,Marty Wells. You might know him from the lime green Shoebox with the 57 Chevy front bumper.

 

There were alot more cars that I didn't get around to shooting. Hope you liked the pic's. This is one show that you HAVE to try to make it to! very cl***y cars,no junk,except some Hotrod/Semi Truck thing. Maybe you noticed...no pic taken! Well worth the price of the ticket. I have to try to shoot everything next year.

Bob my long time buddy, Ted Wigert, built the '62 Cad about 9 years ago. It was a mint condition low mileage one owner car. Ted bagged it, shaved it, painted it the special mix teal green, and had the interior done in Martinez style narrow rolls. I loved that car. He sold it about a year after it was finished because it was too long for his garage. Nice to see it's been well cared for.

 

Like everyone before me, thanks for sharing these pictures Bob! I love the fact that this car show has a serious exclusivity ensuring that only the best are on parade and only select like minded individuals and friends can attend. A fantastic window into how its done over there in the US.

The above 32 sedan just completed a 1000 mile tour the day before!!

 

It was for sale. Didn't notice the price.

 

Anyone know who owns the Roaster that is at number 17 the Pete Johnson roadster blue one above on the thread.....I got the number at Father's day show but lost it......The friend of Kiwi Steve?
