Outside Visor Leather ? Canvas?

An outside visor for something. Its made from either leather or canvas of some sort on the outside. Not sure I have ever seen another one like it. Been sitting around here for years and I would really like to find it a new home. Has some minor wear and rubs. All the bad spots are shown in the pictures. Asking $175. I really really don't want to have to figure out how to package this up and ship it but will try to work with an interested buyer. I have loads of pictures I can send you.
