I knew most of the stuff in the article except #3 having the nut too close to the thread run out raising the stress I know for a fact that many nuts I have installed were close to the thread run out but luckily not on any highly stressed bolts at least that i can think of I know that ARP washers have a relief on one side for the bolt head radius Thanks for the info - learned something again!!
