Technical Overdrive cable bracket.

    Where would I be able to get the bracket for the overdrive cable that mounts to a transmission bolt so the cable don't move?

    If you can’t find an original it should be pretty easy to fab one and attached it to one of the side plate bolts I think the one had on the 56 pickup over drive I installed was on the rear bottom one. I made a fold over squeeze aluminum clamp. Good luck.

    How about some details, car model, year, transmission, etc.
    Photo of the O/D switch too.

    It's a 1949 ford coupe with an 8ba flathead with a factory 3 speed with an r10 overdrive unit.
