I was wondering where I could find one of these? Its the overdrive relay mine doesn't work and was looking to replace it. I have 3 catalogs and none of them have the overdrive relay. Or does anyone have one that is in good working condition? Thanks.

    Did you try MACS ?
If you have a Hemmings , they have a couple guys that have hem and rebuild them in there . I have seem them before but you have to look in the front or the Ford section to find them BUT they are there .

Yeah it is like that one. Mine has a 30amp fuse on it. Mine has three prongs coming off it. The one in the picture looks different but same idea. The one in the picture looks like one of the tabs is broke off. Old ladys made I would like to know how to rewire it with a switch. I have done a search on the hamb but there is no real detailed info on it.

oh never mind the 30amp to 40amp question. I see that you get 2 30a and 3 40a in a packet I definetly still interested in how to wire it up. I have already looked at the wiring of whats in the car right now so hopefully its a easy hook up.

ill go get one out of the detached and take a pic and make a diagram of sort. also they are made to be used in either normaly closed or normaly open. the smae relay can be used to make wigwag head lights along with a flasher.

    heres the pic.

the diagram is on top of the relay and the lugs are marked on the bottom. you can use the poss. or ground switched to turn it on.
normaly closed means the contacts are closed the relay when activated opens the contacts.
normaly open means the relay when activated closes the contacts.
the load is on lugs 30,87,87a
lug 30 is fused in. on this harness its the blue wire
lug 87 is a load out normaly open, on this harness its yellow wire
lug 87a is a load out normaly closed, on this harness its red wire
the relay is turned activated by lugs 85,86
lug 85 is relay ground black wire on this harness
lug 86 is relay poss. white wire on this harness.
want to make wigwags ? put a standard turn sig. flasher in the ground side one light on 87 the other on 87a . tie lugs 30 and 86 together on a 12v. switch and you got them.
