Ok, so I know that the whole Chip Foose deal isn't exactly what we're all about here (I still wish I had 1/2 his talent), but I've got a cool story to share.

I was out side talkin with my neighbor yesterday, and his grandsons had been up here from AZ for a few weeks. Anyway, the night before the were going to head back, they were watching the TV show Overhaulin'. I guess Chip took a '54 Crestline 4 door hardtop and turned it into a 2 door convertible. The cool part of this story is that one of the neighbors grandsons pipes up "Hey that looks like the car next door!"

I was blown away that the kid MIGHT have seen the back of my car once, and he remembered it when he saw a similar one on a TV show. I think theres someone who might be a future gearhead!

Yeah I found out that my wife had put in to have my old unibody done years ago. It was never selected, and its probably a good thing cause I'm too damn poor to pay for it (if I wasn't, I'd have gone ahead and just done it myself), and I really don't want to have payments on a 63 Ford truck for the rest of my life...
