The ch***is is almost finished for the 32 and the fun is about to begin. I've never done any fibergl*** work yet but I plan on being a pro by the end of next week...or just an itchy ******* making a mess. I wanted the look of a 32 ch***is but I knew I wanted to channel it so instead of wasting a set of 32 rails we built a ch***is similar to one. I like the way it curves to the body and shows just a little of the rails.

For those who hate fibergl*** or non-traditional the next roadster build will be for you!

We built a jig and used some bessey clamps with heat.

Ahhh, very nice. You should take loads of pictures of that and post a tech article. Unless it's a trade secret, of course. I'd love to try something like that next time around.

The ch***is looks awesome, by the way. Bessey clamps are the greatest things ever.

Here's the jig we used to bend the frame. the name overkill comes from the frame. Some areas are big time overkill.

JT...Clark says this is the stiffest ch***is yet.

Plmczy I haven't picked up the bike yet but I would like to get up there soon. Not so much for the bike but to check out the Ford Farm and we always seem to find cool stuff when were up there.

    29...you have me beat!

Mazda...lulabelle and overkill? How about car killer! If your a car he'll cut you anywhere he can.:D
