That's .154 larger diameter with the pin being .12 longer

47/59 3100 truck king pins are .8660 x 5.312
Truck bushing OD is 1.05

It should be less expensive to have a machine shop bore the ends of the axle to fit the 54 car or the truck king pins and have them bore/hone the spindles to fit the bushings for those king pins
There may be a king pin that comes closer in od though.
