I'm glad Im not a 'kat' or a 'kitten'. All it needs now is black primer and red steelies with some coop stickers.

Rockabilly startup kit. That ebay description is gay.

What, No Seatbelts! Good thing they revised the post... I would be pissed if I found out there were no belts after I bought it... [IMG]

I totally agree. It's hard to read at best.

I have to say I was suprised that the car wasn't much better than it is.. The interior is just awful, I figured that Jim would have better taste.

Perhaps it is the "****ed up Ford" after all..

I guess that when that Flathead "gave in" he opted for a real motor [IMG] . Funny the song didn't end with that little detail [IMG]

Looks like your typical 3-4000 dollar car only this one is trying to be sensationalized because of its owner.

If I was a rock star, and so busy I needed somebody else to take care of selling my stuff on eBay - I'd fire anybody who couldn't figure out how to use the ****ing CAPS LOCK KEY.

Damn, that ****'s hard to read, and makes the writer look bad too.

He DIDN"T opt for a better motor...he opted for a 305. [IMG] I had a 305...worst motor out of all the motors I've had. [IMG]

Yeah, it was a joke... As far a traditional stuff goes, I am kinda partial to the Flatty... From the song, I would have bet the Rev was too... [IMG]

Jim is a musician in one of the best bands around today.
(the options out there for people like us are very limited)
He is not a Kustom Kulture Klub led sled Kar kool Kid...
All he needs to do is play and sing so you have something good to listen to whilst driving your ****box that is sooo much cooler than the one that he is selling!
Get the **** over your judgements!!!
I don't like the seats either, but come on...
If I was one of the best golfers in the world and I posted a pic of my 1976 bowling ball, the bowling ballers of America message board would probably **** on my bowling ball color, or that the finger holes are drilled funny!

Merc50, I read an article in the paper about that Jeff guy that is building the 5 window for him. There was a picture of it in the background. It looks close to being finished. I ***ume thats the reason the 50 is going to make room like the ad said.

The article goes on to tell the story of how he wanted the 32 to be NEHI G**** purple. The car was painted and looked like it was in the final ***embly stages.

  18. when i read the heading of the post, i was hoping it was the '32 for sale.

  19. I don't think anyone is questioning the Rev's talent...just certain aspects of his ride. The same as we do to each other on this board all the time. Personally...RHH is one of my all time favorite bands to listen to! I still don't like the 305, though. [IMG] [IMG]

Jim has had that ford for at least 14 yrs., it was the first custom i had seen in Dallas area and the only for a couple of years, and the seats back then were kinda strange, but when you saw the car it was still cool.Jeff Milburne is building the 32 and has been for the past 5 yrs.,i don't know if any of you know Jeff , but he's an incredible metal fabricator and mechanic for just about anything you give him to work on .

He's been selling that car for a little bit now... at least that it seems from his website. I wonder if he's actually selling it, or someone got it cheap and thought they'd blast the price up on Ebay. I'd rather spend the cash on some Rev shirts and CDs...

I like his taste in music, but not cars.....

And I don't think the Rev himself has this for sale, look at the sellers "other items", unless the Rev sells used motorcycle parts too.....................MAybe someones selling it for Jim? [IMG]

from my conversation's with I have been led to think that he was elling the shoebox to finish the deuce. The deuce sounded like it was gonna be ***s. I think ryan had an interview with Jim on the jalopy journal main site where he talked about it.
