Way to go Denise.. the cookies were one thing but this is really cool of you to do. Nice to know that any Hamber would be taken care of no matter where they are..very very cool.

  2. BTTT for the afternoon crowd.
    He's headed for Honest Charlies.
anyone have a number for Corkey coker?
It turns out there is a problem with his fan (Like mentioned earlier).
He's looking for someone that can help put new notches in the fan shaft for the pinchbolts.

I don't have his business card here at work. This the only phone number I found on their website 800-251-6336. Whoever answers the phone should be able to transfer the phone call directly to Corkey Coker I would imagine.

Hes On The Road Again, They Have The Fan Bypassed For Now, And Keeping An Eye On The Temp Guage, If He Has To He Can Hook It Up And Run It, But Didn't Want To Take Any Chances.

What's up with the fan? Someone mentioned notches for the shaft - a lot of work, but a small rat-tail file might work, but I'm not sure what he's trying to do.

    Keep us posted...

  7. Okay, he bypassed the fan and got it going.
Pulled off for more water/anti-freeze at exit 312 in GA and noticed that the bottom of the radiator is split open.
His day just keeps getting better.
He's going to have AAA tow him to exit 212 then call them again for another 100 miles.
Anyone have a radiator for a shoebox they can part with?

Well, if he doesn't pressurize it, he can probably get away with JB Weld or something similar as a temp fix.

    Hi Denise!

You da best, girl! The phone number you gave out is correct, the toll number gets to one of the sales folks who could transfer to me. I know that Ozzie probably got his Ford fixed since this post is pretty old (just now checking in), but by all means if someone is in our "neck of the woods" and ever has a problem, call me!

We're busy...but never to busy to help someone!

    Corky
