This pic was in the Columbus coverage in the new GG Gazette. Sez 47 Chevy from PA. Anybody have anymore pix of it? Thanks
I'll try to get you more if I run into them soon. I've been to a few hotrod picnics that they've also been at. They don't live too far from us. I think I remember their names. I know the son's name is Blaze. Maybe last name Kendall...yeah I think that's it. I'll try to track down more info. PS. I remember the last time he left where we were. He took about 10ft of the dudes front yard with his rear bumper pulling out. It sits that low always.
There was a picture in CKD sometime last year I think , I can't find it right now, if I find it, I'll post the issue #.
I was wondering about this car also! Have seen the car all over the east coast and haven't been able to find out if this is the old GEORGE DORE car from the late 80's. I know that George passed on. Wheels1950
Here's what I know about the car. The fellow that owns it now (Norb, I'm not sure of his last name) bought it from the builders family after the owner passed away from an accident. I think he fell from a roof. The first time I remember seeing the car, I think it was maroon, sometime around 1987. Norb lives in New Castle ,Pa, He's been punching louvers for twenty five or thirty years. He's a super cool guy. His son Blaze takes the car to the shows, but I've never met him. Bill
yeah, norb(or Norv)Kendall. Son is Blaze. yeah, yeah... I'm like 15mins. from them, but not sure exactly where they live. I'm tracking down more info. What exactly do you want to know? I'll do my best.
