This is a cl***ic cast aluminum ****ter shield (blow proof bellhousing) made by Palmini Engineering in the late 50s and early 60s. It is for a small block Chevy engine and it bolts to the stock cast iron bellhousing for added protection in case of a clutch explosion. These are extremely rare, especially in this nice condition. This one has no damage or repairs and has obviously never had to perform its intended duties. $250 + the ride to your place. Thanks for looking.
