I have an 8" Ford in my T. The parking brake works great to hold the car from rolling forward. However it doesn't do much of anything for rolling backwards. Normal driving brakes seem to work fine. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

This is just a guess, but maybe your emergency brake cable isn't activating both brake shoes. Before putting on the emergency brake, push down (with your foot) on the brake pedal, then set the emergency brake. See if this works any different.
