Can someone identify these early 1960s-era bucket seats? The covers look like 1963 Pontiac Grand Prix, but GM seats should have the bright trim strip that goes all the way over the top, instead of the 'arrows' at the tops like these have. Anyone know what these are?

    Thank you.

Corvair. 1st gen Corvair seat frames are the same as the Impala and Grand Prix but with the lesser trim. The later ones had a narrower seat that interchanges with A body (GTO, Cutlass, Malibu, ect) but I can't tell 100% if these are the earlier or the later style ones.

Sqaublow, I owe you one cold six-pack. It looks like you are right. I spent hours on Google typing in every GM product and even a few non-GM products, and looking at pictures trying to figure out what these were. I checked every early '60s GM car I could think of. Except apparently I couldn't think of Corvair. A quick Google and ebay search makes it look like you're right and these are probably '64 Corvair seats. These came in a '63 Impala I bought years ago, but I never knew what they were. Thank you.
