    Try to imagine what is going on inside that engine. Try to think about the amount of work that is being done by the pistons, rods and crankshaft. It's truely amazing what those unlimited cars can accomplish.

  6. If that's the Burkland car that I think it is,it's pure aircraft hardware.
    It's got 2 Donovan 417 Hemis in it,inline,& on alcohol.Saw its debut at Bonneville in 96.
    Here's a shot of Al Teagues 432 MPH dual-mag,Keith Black Hemi sitting in my office.
    We cacked it on 85% on several occasions over the years.
    The police came.

    That just makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck.I was lucky enough to be at the world finals in OCT 04 and watch them do both the qualifying p*** and the return run,absolutely awesome sound.:D

    thats ****in sweet . I used to work for a guy that runs at bonneville
    he runs and last i know had the record in A/BFMS it s a bright yellow fiero with with blown injected big block chevy

    I did, and my girls yelled at me to "turn down that noise"!!!

    That ain't noise - that's the sound of hot rodders' feel good juice :)

    Notice the HUGE Doppler shift in pitch when he goes by -- I've never heard an engine note fall so much; it almost sounds like he's getting out of it. I don't think so!!
