People looking for bilbow info.I belive his son runs Pat old company.lynwood welding fellows ave.wilkes-barre,pa.Pat past on a few years ago.The first dragster he built he sold to the gents auto club from Swoyersville,pa.a rear engine buick pusher driven by David Edwards of Forty Fort,Pa.Then he built a sling shot and he was on his way.He held the world gas dragster record at one time.He was a very nice man that all who new him miss him .I joined the Gents motor club when i was about 14. m.brunges
bob bilbow runs Lyn-weld with his family in nanacoke (willks-barre pa) he's a good friend of mine. he and i restored our lyndwoods at the same time. we also did nostalgia exhibition runs together up untill 1995. attatched is a shot of bob smok'n the hydes at an air strip in the poconos that used to let us play there every now an again. paul
Here's a Chrysler-powered Lyndwood car that the late Don Sandstrom ran around 1961. It's the same frame that I ended up with for my Pontiac rail.
