Are the merc taillights still up for grabs? KNUX! opps!!! I should read more before I post. I have alot of '53-'54 Plymouth parts that I can offer up on here if anyone is looking for parts for their plymouth. '54 Chrysler parts too that I will not be using on my coupe being the slight custom look I am going with on it.

I've got some 235 parts taking up space. Block is 90 over and needs more to clean-up, so i figued I'd strip the block and sell off the useable parts, but I'm lazy. If any body wants something PM me. Spins free, and is not a pile, just greasy. It ran, when parked. I've got the trans and a bunch of rebuild parts i am going to list soon, but if you want the used parts, get them out of my way, you pay ship from 49441. Excludes the carbie, $$$:D

This is a fantastic idea, but I can't follow what in the hell is going on. Someone lay out some specific rules. How about no 'ill add a picture someday' posts? When you got something ready to go take a picture of it and post it up? it's like selling cars that are still half finished in the assembly plant.

  6. I'm still waiting to hear any updates on putting together a HAMB barter-post in the classifieds. As soon as there is something more permanent like that on here I'll make my posts with all kinds of stuff.

Also, we need the ability to change our post to show that the item is taken so there is no confusion.

I hope this idea doesn't die...

    This is great.
Just to clear a couple things up (this is hard to follow)

I took a 41 front end from RODHOTZ ( when I got to his place I didnt take the front end I went for but bought another, I am very happy, he's a nice guy and didnt want me to leave empty handed)

Then I put up a set of SBC valve covers and LAID55 took those and put up the SBC distriburor and coil.

    See, its easy:eek::D

Great idea, hope it turns into its own catagory.

  8. OK then I got a 360 MOPAR that could use a rebuild. Its been tarped all winter but its still solid and rebuildable. Comes complete with a tranny I think a 727 but I guess it could be a 904. Both good trannies. Late model truck block so its got the good heads and if I recall it has zero to minimumal ridge. Mayhaps a quick hone and rings.

Can't ship it but if someone wants to arrange a relay or come after it its there for the takeing.

Hell I don't even have to like you if you're on here and you can use it its yours.

    Strings???

Give something to someone else or buy Ryan and the girls dinner (or both).

I agree that the "I'll post something later" posts are making this confusing.lets try to keep it limited to parts and descpiptions only.

For the So Cal guys and girls:

I have two original 14" wheels with bias plys off my 54 Chevy. Free, just come get them as they are too bulky to ship.

The tires hold air and have a ton of tread left, but they were in the sun for awhile and I have no idea how long they'll last.

I'm in Los Alamitos, right where the 405 and 605 meet.
