well if it were me I would run towards the guy in Washington I like to deal with people and I really like them to come see my cars and check out what they are paying for. that way we can haggle on price or they know what they are paying for. no bitchin that way.no scamming cash or we can do wire transfer when it clears my bank they get a title.

I believe the current limit is 10K for a single transaction for PayPal if you have a verified US account. Different countries will have different limits (based on currency and regional restrictions). As many others here have mentioned, use a bank transfer or Western Union moneygram (to you, the seller) as the best way to get paid because those mechanisms cannot be "reversed" in the future. If you do accept PayPal, ask the buyer to send as "friends and Family" dont send an invoice (you will have to pay fees using an invoice). And dont be fooled by bogus emails pretending to be from PayPal saying you have received the money. Particularly if it is a case where the transporter is in a rush to load your vehicle and pressuring you for time. Always check your PayPal balance and/or push the funds to your bank account (and vacuum the attached bank/savings account to a different account) ahead of time, before letting go of the vehicle.

Good luck, hope it works out
