After towing her home, paying to have some "minor" engine work done, having her die after 2 blocks, having the neighbor call the police because of my "abandoned" classic, getting her out of hock (and in the process meeting some rad Denver cats), putting about 10 hours into fixing a carb issue I apparently paid to have nothing done to, Pearl had her first run out tonight. Running a bit rich, but not too bad for a 59 with as of tonight 8000 miles on the original engine and tranny. That's her and our friend's 62 Newport. Sorry for the cellphone cam pics.
