    What kind of master cylinder -pedal assembly will work in a 36 ford to change to hydrolic brakes.stock xmember stock trans & engine -flathead v8

    I believe it is easier to add a bracket for a master cylinder than to change out the petal assembly. The clutch ratio is different and the arms interfere or some other problems. There is someone on Fordbarn that sells the brackets. 39 petals are worth$$$

    Oh, C'mon Andy, I've got some '39 pedal assemblies and I wouldn't put them in the "$$$" price range. : )

    OK, I'll drop it to $$. They are worth 150. At least that is what I have seen them sell for. The bracket should be easier and cheaper. I am guessing as I have not bought one or have any connection to the seller. I don't even know who sells them!
