I usually go, however, since it rained almost all last night, I figured it would be pretty wet in the fairgrounds. I haven't spoken to anyone who went.
Stu----I was there, as usual. Left the house at 7:10, no rain, minor fog, I was on my spot and unloaded by 8:00. It was basically a hit or miss drizzle, the grounds were decent IF you were on the gravel (which I was). About 8:45 we got a real down pour for about 5 min. After that it was pretty much dry with an occasional drizzle, by 11:00 it was partly sunny the rest of the day. As for crowds, there were WAY more vendors than buyers until after 9:30 or so. If you were on the grass it was definitely not so good. Standing water in low areas and standing mud in others. But for the most part it was still a pretty good swap meet, plenty of vendors and a buyers market. Our buddy Vince bought out 2 cars to the FOR SALE CORRAL, the very nice 56 post coupe got SOLD!!!! Don't know about the 61 Chevy coupe. I never went NEAR the "race track" area, it might not have even been open for vendors, as it's usually a mud hole to begin with.If you were dressed for the wet and had a little patience it was a pretty good swap meet, on both sides.
