Technical Performance online-how are they to deal with?

Still nothing. Guessing I'll have to cancel my order and order from somewhere that actually sells stuff.

 

They claimed they "just got the bolts today and will be shipping today" when I called demanding either a tracking number or a full refund. We'll see. May be some YouTube videos of me burning anything with their logo once/if anything arrives. I'll use the parts if they show up. But will not keep anything with their name on it. Because of them being sketchy with a cheap part they threw away at least a couple thousand bucks in sales

See I wasn't even worried about the u bolts. I can walk to Napa any day of the week and get as many as I need. Main reason I ordered from pol is for the lowering blocks for a 49-54 Chevy with open drive conversion. They just used the u bolts as an excuse to stall. The whole time never bothering to email me. Had they initially messaged me I would have told them to send the blocks without u bolts
