Permission to reply

Not new to the hamb but I don't have permission to reply can anybody tell me why that is

 

Did you get your partner to submit the HA001 permission to join and the HA069 I give permission for my partner to look at car photos when I’m not home form?

You can't do that,you have to start a private conversation with the member about it
