If you are trying to respond to cl***ified ads no one can you have to contact the seller via Conversation (PM). If you are trying to post to the cl***ifieds via the app the app doesn't support the cl***ifieds so you have to do it through a browser of some sort. If it's something other than that contact Ryan.
