Thank you for the pictures Sir! That is on my to do list one of these years, looks like a nice turnout. God Bless Bill https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum...ar-transport-hauling-open-or-enclosed.614419/
Place was Packed I’d say at noon it was well over 400 cars. The space filled was roughly 12+ acres and it was getting tight. Way to much to see!
We heard people were there at 630. Someone said one slept in his car . We got there at 9. A friend saved us a spot. We parked up by the on ramp on the hill. It sucked hearing people getting on it going down the ramp. Spent most of the day walking and talking. Saw friends I haven't seen in a while.
Yeah I had friends there between 2 and 4 am. We showed up around 9:30 and it was already pretty dang full
I live eight miles away and wanted to go but figured it would be extremely crowded and I didn't want to clog up the scene with my ratty '96 Explorer (daily driver available at the moment). Opted instead to mow the lawn, plant the rest of the garden and work on the '29 AA in the garage. Think I might have stopped the brake line leaks - maybe.
I had thought that next year it might be cool to plan a day trip around hitting the show early and late. Swing by around 7 go take the car to some big lake and cruise, get some burgers and hit the show again on the way back home
