I have been using P&J components for years with great success. I am currently trying to get brakes in my 30 Ford coupe. The master cylinder is a manual floor mount. The pivot point for the pedal is 41.75" from the radiator tab mount. The firewall is a "Bitchin Products" small block.

Now the problem. The geometry of the P&J brake pedal is hitting the tranny tunnel and gives me about 4 inches of pedal through the firewall. Not enought to operate the master. I've cut this the pedal up and tried to make it work without any success. This is not my first rodeo.

I'm thinking I might be able to use a pedal built for a 36 Ford application. Has any one tried this?
