Petemattersen's Shoebox gets a facelift.

  1. Well its not done of course, but i got my new fenders trimmed down and started grafting them onto the shoebox fenders this morning. Here's some pics of what i got so far. Not gonna weld them yet as i like to give it a day or two in case a better idea arises. Looks like i will be filling the front end with a 51 merc grill. Back to the shop!

    The merc grill is gonna look great on there. Looking forward to seeing what's next.

  16. Thanks for the kinds words, i just found the hood and hinges i've been looking for. Will have the front end done soon. Working on a 29 model a sedan right now thats eating up all my time.
