I have a friend who bought his duece in '64. Pulled the flatmotor and installed a rocket. Sometime in the ninetys he mentioned that his roadster didn't look like my roadster. I told him that was because his was a cabriolet. You would think he would have figgered it out in 30 years.
Cabriolets are so sexy!!!!!!!!!! I just found an early 30 in an attic completely taken apart. I think that will be next after my touring. Oh yeah Bruce its a dodge bros not a T.
The weather just turned cool today.....so, those cabriolets and conv sedans sound pretty good to me. . . I have one of each, but of course they aren't on the road yet. This is a "five passenger conv sedan" 32 nash
Holy SHIT!! That is a beautiful car!!!! That thing just does it for me. Excuse me I'll be back a little later....
Bones, that's a sweet little Model A touring, phaeton, open body sedan, and any other name people have used over the years. Whatever you want to call them I think they make really sweet looking rides however impractical they can be in weather. Mine isn't nearly that nice but someday it will be brought back to it's formal glory. It's a 1930 Pontiac phaeton. Stewart body (built in the states) and from all I've been able to dig up over the past five years thru the Pontiac Oakland club and other sources, it may be the last surviving example! RARERODDER
